For every £1 of fee spent on Portman Travel fees, our Clients save an average of £5 on total travel expenditure (500% ROI) so our service is great value for money. Do you operate service teams or call centres?
Our in-house consultants have a 15 years average experience. When you open a Portman Travel account, you are given a dedicated team of named consultants, who deliver pragmatic cost effective and efficient travel advice when planning your trip.
Do you operate 24/7?
Portman Twenty Four is our out of hour's telephone assistance between 17.30pm and 9am Monday to Friday and throughout weekends. However well you plan an itinerary, all sorts of things can upset the applecart, from strikes and adverse weather conditions to medical emergencies. With Portman Twenty Four, travellers can get help and support whenever and wherever they need it from our in-house team.
